Approval for Partners' Wedderburn Phase 12 Townhomes!

The Development Permit for Partner's Wedderburn Phase 12 Townhomes is approved!

These stacked townhomes will include 82 units across 10 buildings, each featuring one of three distinct building types.

Each building type consists of 3-bedroom layouts with balconies and ensuite bathrooms and also include undeveloped basements, offering homeowners the potential to add an additional living space. The homes have spacious floorpans and range in size from 1,850 to 2,500 square feet.

The Wedderburn Phase 12 project builds on our continued collaboration with Partners Development Group, following the success of previous developments such as Arrive D’Arcy and the Wedderburn Rowgalows. We're grateful to keep working with Partners to design homes for communities throughout Alberta.
