Middle housing is coming into its own across North America, and recent changes to land use bylaws in BC and Alberta have made it possible in many of their municipalities. Gravity has been designing middle housing for years, and we are intimately familiar with the bylaw and Code issues with small-scale multifamily projects. We take care to avoid costly firewalls and sprinkler systems when possible, and ensure that every home is comfortable and livable. We believe middle housing will continue to play a key role in the urbanization of our cities and towns, and Gravity is proud to be a part of this process.
