We have some exciting updates to share for Kerr's Badke Road Multi project in Kelowna's Rutland community!
In late February, City Council approved the Development Permit documents for this 6-storey, rental-only building. Since then, we’ve been making steady progress and are now approaching the halfway mark in building permit coordination, with 50% packages set for release next week. Progress continues as we work closely with our client and consultant teams.
