The design of Wedderburn Phase 12 homes is based on the ones we designed for Partners in Arrive D’arcy pictured below.

Wedderburn Phase 12

These stacked townhomes by Partners feature 10 buildings, each designed with three distinct building types. The first type consists of 12 units, each with their own attached garage. The second type includes 6 units, also with attached garages and walkout conditions. The third type features 8 units without garages. Each building type consists of 3-bedroom layouts with balconies and ensuite bathrooms and also include undeveloped basements, offering homeowners the potential to add an additional living space. The homes have spacious floorpans and range in size from 1,850 to 2,500 square feet.

The Wedderburn Phase 12 project aligns with our other designs we've achieved with Partners, including the Arrive D’arcy and the Wedderburn Rowgalows. The exteriors showcase a modern aesthetic with dark and ashy tones, drawing inspiration from both Craftsman and Farmhouse styles. We incorporated James Hardie lap siding, vertical board-and-batten detailing, and brick veneer to achieve this.
