This missing middle project by Magno Development offers eight dwellings within a single building on a compact site in Calgary’s inner northeast neighbourhood of Tuxedo. The at-grade suites include a covered entrance porch leading to an open living and kitchen layout with the three bedrooms and ensuite bathroom on the upper level. The below-grade suites offer a comfortable living area, two bedrooms, and private sunken patios.
