Do you know about Edmonton’s purpose-driven master-planned community in Woodcroft?
Well Phase 2 is officially underway, with the development permit now submitted!
This community is led by the Brentwood Community Development Group, a non-profit organization. Through an operating agreement with the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC), Brentwood Homes provides income-subsidized rent to support low-income families.
Phase 2 introduces two additional multi-residential buildings offering 160 units for residents. Divided into eight phases, the master plan begins with Phase 1 at the northwest corner of the site and now progresses eastward with Phase 2, and will culminate its final phase on the northeast corner.
