The Currie Multi is a four-storey courtyard building with 159 rental units centrally located in the community. Originally the site of Canadian Forces Base Calgary, Currie has evolved into a vibrant neighbourhood that blends modern homes with restored heritage buildings, generous green spaces, and a growing mid-density core.
The transformation is being led by Canada Lands Company (CLC), known for turning underutilized lands into vibrant urban communities. Full completion of the masterplanned community is expected over the next 15 to 20 years.
