Porte Communities’ 17th Avenue Mixed Use is moving quickly toward construction, with the Development Permit now released and the Building Permit submitted earlier this month.
Located in Calgary’s Mission district, the design was refined through DP to adjust the building’s angle and placement—improving visibility to ground-level entrances while meeting fire separation requirements and strengthening its connection to the street.
