Located in High River, Alberta in the Montrose neighbourhood, this project will include 15 stacked townhouse buildings with 146 units as well as 4 commercial buildings that will offer 22 retail spaces. One of the buildings will include a second floor day home facility with an adjacent rooftop playground!
This development will bring vibrancy to the Montrose Community, offering significant commercial, community and public gathering spaces that are accessible both regionally and locally being well-connected to the surrounding road and pedestrian networks.
