Thanks to Calgary Drone Photography, we’ve been able to get high above some of our projects over the last few weeks to see how progress is coming along from the air. All three of these projects are being developed by Partners.
Arrive at Redstone Way
This is a 92-unit townhouse project in Redstone, a neighbourhood in northeast Calgary. All the units are now occupied, and the final landscaping is in progress. You can see the contractors unloading trees from a flatbed truck in the parking lot. You can read more about the project here.
Arrive at Sage Meadows
In Sage Hill, in the north of Calgary, construction continues on this 164-unit townhouse project. The eastern most portion of the project is completed, as is the adjacent commercial area. Work continues on the common areas and the buildings at the south and west edges. The playground equipment is currently being installed. You can read more about this project here.
Arrive Crestmont
On the west edge of Calgary, Arrive Crestmont is one of Partners’ most ambitious projects. It includes 175 residential units, a multi-bay commercial building, and a daycare. The commercial building was recently clad and work just finished on the roof of the daycare. All the internal roads in the project have been completed, which will facilitate finishing the rest of the residential buildings. You can read more about this project here.
