We are excited to share the Development Permit Approval for Livingston Multi by Logel Homes!
This multi-residential will comprise five buildings and include 361 for-purchase homes. Each building ranges from 68 and 75 units and will provide residents with one and two-bedroom configurations with spacious balconies and a large central courtyard for residents and visitors to enjoy.
Our team was presented with some unique design challenges such as the significant east-west slope that defines the site. To address this, a site-wide strategy was used to ensure each building kept a close relationship to the surrounding grade.
