It's official! The building permit for Porte's Currie Multi is now submitted!⁠

Interesting fact: Currie is a southwest Calgary district steeped in history, having served as a military base for more than 60 years! The ongoing redevelopment by Canada Lands Company (CLC) honours this legacy by integrating heritage architecture, preserved landscapes, and historical monuments, with full build-out anticipated over the next 15 to 20 years.⁠

Currie has evolved into a vibrant neighbourhood that blends modern homes with restored heritage buildings, generous green spaces, and a growing mid-density core.
