The Highwood Towns are part of Apaar Homes’ mixed-use development that will include stacked townhomes, commercial spaces and a daycare facility. It is located in the Montrose neighbourhood on the south side of High River, Alberta.
This development will consist of 15 stacked townhouse buildings, totalling 146 units, with one-level units on the bottom and two-level units on top. The design of the public and private outdoor amenity spaces was a key consideration for this project. For outdoors amenities, we have provided two large central spaces, and then many smaller spaces thoughtfully located throughout the site.
