This project features 52 new homes for residents in Calgary’s northwest community of Sage Hill.
Situated on a hillside, the project’s grading introduced a level of complexity to how the building is accessed. The slope allowed for two distinct entries: one at the garage level, set lower on the site, and another as a split-level that bridges the transition between the garage and the main living spaces.
