Central Townhomes Are Now Complete!

The Central Townhomes by Partners are now complete!

Our client wanted to ensure that these homes would be affordable while also providing a garage for each unit. To design homes that would align with this vision our solution was to design a pair of narrow floor plans, one of which is a 989-square-foot, two-bedroom design that is only twelve and a half feet wide! Despite the narrow width, it provides space for two and a half baths, a single attached garage, and a generous living area.

The exteriors have a distinctly modern design, incorporating large metal-clad windows, fibre cement panels and siding, and various colour combinations. Each unit also includes a full driveway for tandem parking. This development is a sister project to our other project by Partners' called Symon Townhomes, where we found a similar solution to our client's requirements

This project has become an attractive home for many new residents of Calgary's northwest Skyview community.
