On-Site at Sun Peaks in Kamloops, BC!

Construction progresses at Sun Peaks Resort

Things are happening quickly on-site at Sun Peaks Switchback Creek townhome resort, and we were eager to share some news on the progress A&T Developments has been making alongside our team. Nothing beats seeing a project come to life… especially with site views like this!

The townhome resort will introduce 84 homes that aim to fill the need for middle-density housing. The resort will have easy access to Sun Peaks Village with ski-in and ski-out access. Located near the east of the resort’s property, the units range in size from 1300 to 1500 square feet and are available for purchase. The townhomes each have two parking stalls in a tandem garage with the back of them set up to support a shop space for all outdoor enthusiasts.
