Thrive by Partners 

D’Arcy Thrive by Partners Development Group is located in Okotoks, Alberta as part of a 280-acre multi-generational community by Anthem Properties. The development is designed in a prominent location along the main north access, allowing residents easy access to Northridge Drive, regional pathways, and all the new commercial amenities at Bannister Gate.

The project includes 12 three-level stacked townhomes, with unit sizes ranging from 1440 to 1545 square feet. The buildings are designed with two-bedroom lower units or three-bedroom upper units, each with convenient in-suite laundry on the bedroom levels. Each unit features a generous open living floor plan and private outdoor spaces, either as at-grade patios or balconies. 

The site is designed to reduce the amount of pavement to Bylaw minimums which increases the amount of permeable surfaces without reducing navigability. This not only reduces costs for the residents, but also increases the amount of soft landscaping space for grass, shrubs and trees.

This project has a three-level storage building dedicated to resident use. This means that folks who live here won’t have to drive to an off-site storage unit every time they want to pick up their skis, mountain bike or Christmas decorations!

The architecture is a synthesis of Prairie Style, with its monolithic hip roof and empire waist string course, and a traditional townhouse aesthetic with the vertical unit differentiation and brick cladding. This blend of styles gives the buildings a timeless resilience to changing trends in design.

Construction has began for Thrive and we are excited to share further developments on this project as it progresses.
