The five-storey mixed-use building features modern residential units that balance functionality with thoughtful design to create a welcoming urban living environment. The church renovation includes targeted upgrades such as improved accessible entrances, clearly defined and safe egress paths, and the addition of accessible washrooms.

A ground-floor residential lobby is integrated with a commercial rental unit, activating the street level and supporting mixed-use programming. Throughout the site, the design team prioritized the preservation of existing green spaces to encourage community interaction and connection.
