Sirocco Rowtowns

Sirocco Rowtowns is a rowhouse development Gravity designed for Partners Development Group. This eight-building, 35-home development is located in the new community of Pine Creek. Another of Gravity’s projects, Hudson in Creekstone by Streetside, is a short drive away.

This rowhouse development took inspiration from two of Partners’ earlier developments at D’Arcy Ranch in Okotoks. The buildings are clad in lap siding, cultured stone, and board and batten. Diverse roof styles give each home a distinct identity. We carried forward similar colour schemes, with both grey and blue variants, and translated them to create similar but distinct exteriors.

The two homes at the end of each building are one-bedroom bungalows, while the middle two homes are two-storeys with three bedrooms. All of the units have undeveloped basements with the option to develop through Partners or on their own. The homes vary in size, from one to three bedrooms and 1000 to 1200 square feet. All of the homes have detached garages.

This development has been submitted for DP and construction is anticipated to start in 2023.
