Legacy Street Rowhouses
The Legacy Rowhouse is an eleven-building rowhouse development Gravity created for Stepper Homes in Calgary’s southeast neighbourhood of Legacy. The houses are attached, fee-simple, two-storey homes with three bedrooms above grade with an option to develop the unfinished basement for a fourth bedroom and additional living space inside the home. Each home ranges from 1307–1384 square feet in size, comes with a detached double garage off the lane, and feature private outdoor amenity spaces.
These homes are clad with Hardie siding, smartboard trims, and cultured stone. We opted for a variety of colourways on these homes' exterior materials, including a warm-toned grey and brown, and a cooler-toned light and dark grey.
Construction was completed in 2017.
