Harmony Peaks is a six-building, 31-unit townhouse project by StreetSide in Harmony, located just west of Calgary in Rocky View County. Each home features three bedrooms, a main floor flex room, two and a half baths, generous storage spaces, a two-car attached garage, and a full double driveway. The majority of the buildings face the perimeter of the site, either towards South Harmony Drive on the north or the overland drainage reserve to the south. This orientation allows for an efficient, central roadway, which maximizes the area of common green spaces on the site. A pedestrian pathway encircles the project giving direct access to every unit’s front door.
