Arrive D’Arcy

D’Arcy is an Anthem United subdivision in northwest Okotoks, Alberta which leads into the D’Arcy Ranch Golf Club. These rowhouses by Partners form the gateway to this new community and feature both one- and two-storey rowhouses. The one storey units are so unique and we gave them their own name: Rowgalows®.

There are eight distinctive modern plans each containing 9’ or 10’ ceilings with vaulted areas, developed basements, and rear detached garages. The home’s exteriors feel indisputably modern with a nod to both Craftsman and Farmhouse styles featuring fibre-cement board exteriors and stone accents in rich colours.
